Payment & Refund Policy
This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for paid Niyogprastuti plans, courses and items. All of these are digital products that unlock immediately after payment.
How payments are taken
- Android app: through Google Play Billing. Google charges your Play payment method.
- Website (tests.niyogprastuti.com): through Razorpay, by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. Payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored by us.
Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel and you will not be charged again unless you buy again.
Refunds for website (Razorpay) payments
Because access is granted the moment payment succeeds, payments are not refundable once access has been granted, except in these cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Access not granted: payment succeeded but the plan, course or item was not unlocked, and we could not unlock it within 48 hours of you contacting us.
- Technical fault: a fault on our side stops you using what you bought, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of you reporting it.
How to ask for a refund
- Email helpdesk@niyogprastuti.com within 7 days of payment.
- Include the email address on your account, the Razorpay payment ID (starting "pay_") or order ID, and what went wrong.
- We reply within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank.
Failed or pending payments
If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If it is not, email us with the payment details.
Refunds for Android app (Google Play) purchases
Purchases in the app are processed by Google. You can request a refund directly from Google Play, see Google Play refund policy. For problems such as a purchase not unlocking, email helpdesk@niyogprastuti.com with your Google Play order ID (starting "GPA.") and we will help.
Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank, access to the disputed purchase may be suspended until it is resolved. Please contact us first; most issues are quickest to fix that way.
Account deletion
Deleting your account ends access to your purchases and does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Payment records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
