The role involves planning and executing ice cream business strategies for the 'PURABI' brand. The selected candidate will report to the General Manager (Sales & Marketing). The CTC offered is between Rs. 7.90 lakhs and Rs. 8.98 lakhs per annum, including PF and other contributions, which is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Performance is reviewed annually based on Key Result Areas (KRA). Candidates must be tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office, and capable of managing teams and market analysis.
