These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use any Niyogprastuti service. By using our services you agree to them.

Who we are and what this covers

Niyogprastuti is operated by Abid Barbhuiya (sole proprietor), India ("we", "us"). This page applies to all of our services:

  • niyogprastuti.com: our job portal with government job notifications, admit cards, results, answer keys, syllabus and admission updates.
  • tests.niyogprastuti.com: our mock-test website.
  • The Niyogprastuti Android app (package *com.niyogprastuti*) on Google Play.
  • Any other niyogprastuti.com subdomain we operate, such as apiandroid.niyogprastuti.com, which serves the apps.

Using our services

  • You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
  • Give accurate information when you create an account or make a payment.

Job information

Job notifications, admit cards, results and other updates on niyogprastuti.com are summaries of public notifications, provided for general information only. Niyogprastuti is not a government website and is not affiliated with any government body, recruitment board or exam authority. Always confirm dates, fees, eligibility and other details from the official notification or official website before applying. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of our summaries.

Mock tests and courses

Questions, answers, explanations and course material are practice material and may contain errors. Using Niyogprastuti does not guarantee any mark, rank, selection or result in a real examination. Please report errors through "Report question" or by email.

Purchases

  • Android app: plans, courses and items are sold through Google Play Billing and are also subject to Google Play's terms.
  • Website: plans and courses are sold through Razorpay.
  • Prices: shown before you pay, in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes are included where applicable.
  • Plans give access for the period shown at purchase (for example 30 or 365 days) and do not renew automatically. To continue after a plan ends, buy again.
  • Courses and individual items, once bought, stay unlocked for as long as your account exists and the course or item remains available.
  • Refunds are covered by our Payment & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our tests, questions, courses or posts;
  • share a paid account or purchased content with others;
  • try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our services;
  • submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content in reports, display names or messages;
  • manipulate scores, leaderboards, rewards or advertising, for example with automated tools or fake clicks.

Advertising

Free services show ads from Google. Pro plans remove ads in the app and on the website where stated. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and software of our services belong to Niyogprastuti or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation. Sharing a link to a job post is welcome; copying full posts or tests is not allowed.

Third-party links and services

Our services link to official and other third-party websites, and use services from Google, Razorpay and others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is used for fraud or abuse. You can delete your account at any time, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Niyogprastuti is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from reliance on job information or practice material. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Significant changes are announced on the site or in the app.
