Short Information: The Office of the Director of AYUSH, Assam has invited applications for admission into MD/MS (Ayurveda) courses at the Govt. Ayurvedic College, Guwahati for the 2026-27 session. Eligible candidates who have qualified for the AIAPGET-2026 examination can apply under State, NEC, or Medical Officer quotas. Misc Information
The selection process is based on AIAPGET-2026 qualification. Candidates applying under NEC quota must provide a recommendation certificate from the Secretary, North Eastern Council. Medical Officer quota candidates must submit their application with the recommendation of the appointing authority as per Annexure-II. The counseling date and list of shortlisted candidates will be notified on the official websites in due course.
Important Instructions
- Visit the official website of the Directorate of AYUSH, Assam or Govt. Ayurvedic College, Guwahati to download the application form.
- Fill the application form in your own handwriting.
- Deposit the counseling fee of Rs. 500/- through Treasury Challan under the specified Head of Account.
- Attach all required self-attested photocopies of mark sheets, BAMS certificate, AIAPGET-2026 admit card/scorecard, and category certificates.
- Submit the duly filled application form along with the original/duplicate/triplicate copy of the deposit challan to the Office of the Principal, Govt. Ayurvedic College, Jalukbari, Guwahati-14 on or before 16/11/2026.
